在英國酒店的房間算很棒的了，整體環境也很不錯，早餐吃的很豐富，唯一沒中不足的就是房間內沒空調，不過服務還是很貼心的

很氣人的是，訂了三天，因自己有事提早退房回國。結果飛機一下來就收到酒店郵件，説我把他的房間牆壁弄破，我入住的時候就看到了，他卻要我賠錢！這是要搶錢的節奏嗎？ 勸退啊，親們

很臭臉的服務人員，電梯壞了，電話線斷了兩天都沒修，要加一個被子用手機打了兩個電話，等了一個多小時，前台還説沒準備好，停車收費一天7鎊

位置安靜，前台工作人員很友好，早餐也不錯。但住在ground floor 需要經過幾個台階，行李少還OK？我行李有些多重。確實有點影響心情，因為沒有服務生主動幫忙送回房間。

其它都挺好，晚餐很美味，性價比高。但從登記廳到房間，路中有兩次下幾級樓梯，來回搬運大行李比較辛苦。建議兩處樓梯改為部分斜坡，方便拉行李箱。

Overall it was good but The worst part about hotel is that they didn’t provide basics amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste and if you ask for it they charge you which doesn’t makes sense to me. Besides this the bathroom light keeps on blinking and during the day time it was completely off.

整體不錯，酒店房間空間大，梳化床放下後仍有足夠地方開行李箱，泳池同桑拿設施都算新淨，早餐味道及款式亦佳。

From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities and the rooms were clean and tidy. Only stayed the 1 night but will definitely stay again

Stayed for 1 night with breakfast with my son and husband . Had a multiple room ( double and single bed ) .  Room was very clean , good size with a desk and chair . Wardrobe , hairdryer and iron facility. Also good sized Tv . Bathroom again clean and supplied with towels , hair and shower gel .  The added bonus was access to the fitness suite ( pool and gym ) .  Hotel contained a bar and separate restaurant area . We didn’t have to book a table , we were seated straight away . Food was slightly expensive in price , but adequate.  Breakfast was a buffet , well presented, a variety of choice of cooked and cold choices .  The only thing I would say was a bit of a “ let down” , was paying £7 to park our car in their private car park .  Overall a lovely hotel , to which I would definitely return to !  The Reception lady was also very happy , friendly and chatty 😁
